Microwave cure was used for the quick curing process of fly ash (FA) geopolymer fabrication heavy metal immobilization purposes. The geopolymers synthesized by microwave were applied Pb ion in matrix. Fly raw material and alkaline activator sodium silicate hydroxide (NaOH) solution fixed at mass ratio 2.5 geopolymerization. 0.5 wt% Pb(NO3)2 added to pastes precured 30 °C 2 h carrying out dense structured geopolymers. Also, porous formed obtained under irradiation 300 700 W 1 min exposure. effect matrix on power, NaOH concentration, precuring combination before examined be optimized efficiency ion. depended degree having higher compressive strength as prepared radiation bulks.
